I thought that these were pretty important for everyone to see, especially after the VS fashion show. I see so many pictures of these women on tumblr, especially on weight-loss/fitness/health blogs. Don’t get me wrong - these women are beautiful and amazing! BUT it is important to realize that they have flaws too, and that’s perfectly okay! I actually think that it is great to see the natural beauty that these women have - stretch marks, ‘arm-pit fat’, stubbly bikini lines and all!
QUICK TIP: icy water is great for your metabolism because your body uses calories up to warm up the water before it’s used! BUT is not good during/after workouts! because your body is sweating- therefore losing water, it needs chilled water to help with dehydration, as aposed to iced water which takes longer to warm/hydrate!!
