followmyheartandusemyhead: what can i do after a binge? 

Accept that it happened and that it’s not a big deal! Do the same workout that you would have if you didn’t binge, and try to eat smaller meals throughout the day so that you don’t feel the need to binge again. No ones perfect. One bad meal will not make or break your progress :)
